    Glad I went here despite the negative reviews. I did not like most of the other bagels in the area so eventually tried this place - by far the best around here. I don't pay attention to the service, but if you want a good, chewy, NY bagel, this is a great choice.

    I frequent this place because it is close to my work.  Bagels ok but service was never up to par.

    I called this morning to place an order for delivery and the gentleman on the phone told me to call back because "it's too busy now".  Patrons calling in aren't customers?  Real awful service if you ask me.

    Bagels are fluffy and good. However, I couldn't enjoy the bagel because the cream cheese was GROSS. I've never had veg CC that tasted like this before. It was sour and tangy (in a bad way). I had a feeling , just by looking at it , that was was gonna be weird. I was right. I'd stay away.
    UPDATE- my stomach hurt for a solid week after this. I have no doubt it was the cream cheese.

    Poor customer service. Card minimum of $5 and employee discount only eligible after $8. My total was $4.36 and the cashier refused to budge but with an unnecessary attitude. Nothing else appealed to me and why waste $3 on a mediocre iced coffee just to meet the balance. He preferred to toss two orders instead of letting some change slide. Hope that's profitable for him. Lost a customer.

    Bagels are $1.50 here. I'm annoyed by the credit card minimum. NY bagels aren't what they used to be.
